Sweta has been a continuous learner earning degrees from Bachelor of Physical Therapy to Masters of Physical Therapy to Doctor of Physcial Therapy in USA. She has also a Certified Mckenzie Diagnostic Therapist that can understand your pain better. For 15 years, Sweta has gained expertise in pre - post surgical orthopedic care for pediatric to geriatric, repetitive stress injuries, work related injuries, neurological condition and orthopedic injury. She has widen her experience in home care, skilled nursing and acute care facility including cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. She's participated in Half marathon in Bay area.

Payal Shah has received Batchelor’s of physical therapy from Manipal University in India and her master’s pf physical therapy from Loma Linda University in 2008. Payal has worked on wide variety of settings including outpatient care for diagnosis ranging from post-surgical orthopedic rehab, degenerative changes or neurological impairments including stroke, Payal has also skilled nursing facilities and acute care including respiratory and cardiac rehabilitation. Being a very active person since childhood with activities like dancing and hiking, she had her own share of experience with rehabilitation. Through her experience, Payal learned success in rehabilitation is dependent on the relationship between the patient and the therapist, and setting realistic goals specific to the individual.
